Sorry I worded that wrong, I mean't that it is an official KDE project, coming under the KDE umbella.
But ignoring what KDE neon is or isn't, why is PIM not installed by default on neon? I understand the dev edition needs to be very basic and minimal, but surely the User edition should showcase it?
