I personally called into your system and verified that the problem was happening. I spent a lot of time but could not diagnose it, and I discussed your problem with Panasonic Tech Jason on 8/2. You thought that the problem was being caused by the TVS50; and even though both Jason and I could not conceive of any way the TVS50 could generate a fax tone, we did send you an advance replacement TVS50 to try, while your unit went to Panasonic repair. You told me that nothing else was connected to the phone line, but it now appears that you were wrong.
