Folks: I have an old 616 which I am taking to Europe. It is marked "120 VAC/60 Hz." I can easily convert the 208/220 volts down to 120 V, but the Hz is another matter. I am guessing that it won't care, but if anyone out there had positive experience at running a 616 (or 1232) on 50Hz, I'd love to hear it...
