I don't know what if any timing off the 60Hz. Virtually all non-PC digital clocks do but does that mean Pana did? I agree the ps might actually tolerate 50 and did not mean to imply otherwise. But it's an expensive experiment if it does not. (And was Japan ever 50hz...; I recall 60hz 100 v.) Does the 616 have DC power input?
