Hi all Any suggestions ? A 624 with a TVS-50 has been hacked into and many long distance calls were made . SInce I didn't do the original install, I just reset both the 624 and the 50 to defaults and reprogrammed everything. It only has 5 voice mailboxes and I password protected all of them and also 998.
Yet today, the same thing has happened ! Is there some obvious things I should do besides password protect everything to keep the lines from being hijacked ?? Any ideas would be appreciated !
