It would help to know a bit more about the hacking that took place.
Did they use the device notification feature?
If you check the tvs system reports you can quickly see which mailboxes have
that activated. Or if unauthorized boxes had been created.  In my first
hacked system we found mailbox 463 had been created.

Also, you did not mention password protecting box 999,
that one is very critical.

You can turn on toll restriction on just the voicemail ports to block
outgoing or long distance calls.

If you log the smdr you might be able to find out more about the hacker.  If
it is the Philipine hacker there will not be too much you can do other than
what was already mentioned.
