I have two caller id boxes: One is a Crestron CNXTA and is outputting local call caller id data with last four digits of phone number as null. All other calls such as 800 numbers, long distance, etc display number data correctly. Rochelle unit is displaying all numbers no matter what the origin is correctly.
Could this perhaps have anything to do with CID signal sensitivity on Crestron hardware? Oddly enough the $70 unit works great, the overpriced $900 one does not.
