We have a KX-TD1232 system with a voice mail system KX-TVP50, DPT integration. The system worked well for about one and a half year. Now when the external user dial any extension during the greeting message, the system does not attempt to ring and goes directly to the mail box, even if we are not using call forwaring to the voice mail system in that phone.
