I have a TVS50 and a KXT123211D. When an extension is busy it always gives the caller the option to hold or to leave a message. I would like for the caller to get directly transferred to the extensions voicemail if it's busy. Many callers are getting fed up with too many menus with the way the TVS-50 is set up. Is there a way I can change this?
