Page 4-27 of your manual, if you have one, gives fowarding of busy or no answer to an extension.
The procedure is: 1. press intercom or lift the handset 2. press the FWD/DND button 3. dial 2 4. dial the extension no. (vmail ext in this case) 5. press the # key. to cancel: FWD/DND 0 #. Steve L.
