Two other things to consider: 1. Go into the TVS programming and turn off the hold mode. The default is set to enable. It is in one of the menus for dialing options I think, the "other" menu.
2. in each mailbox, turn off the options for calling the operator and returning to top level menu. Call into the mailbox (as owner) select 4-4-5-1 (oper disable) and 6-1 (return disable). This will help all callers get to leave a message much quicker.
