Here's a problem that's been annoying me because I can't find any rhyme or reason for it. Only on the TVS/TVP100 systems, intermittently, we have customers complaining of messages not being delivered promptly. That is, they may clear messages at 8.00am then at 11.00am a new message appears, stating it was recorded the previous day! - Why are these messages being delayed? All systems are using D-Pits integration with Panasonic TD 816/1232 systems so should be fine.
Anyone else come across this situation? And if so has any solution been found.
