I've heard of people complaining that it sometimes takes a super long time
(many hours) for some messages to get into their box. But usually it has
only happened once or twice and after I inquire more deeply the stories
often change where it's more like the message light didn't come on (what
really happened was they check one message and don't realize that there are
more messages there, later they call in and fine new messages but no mwl).

Another thing is to make sure the clock has the right AM/ PM settings.  One
of my customers reset the clock after daylight savings time but had the
am/pm wrong.
