I am wondering if anyone has had any 'official' word from Panasonic regarding this problem. Has it been acknowledged?

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately the 2 voicemail systems I'm
currently having probs with are very different - one is an older tvp100 and
the other is a near new tvp200 (I didn't realise the prob was on the 200's
as well until yesterday). One is on a ver1 cpu TD1232, and the other is on
a 2 cabinet TD1232 latest software. Can't think of any common factor in
fault.......
Yes, we have a KX-TVS200 that has the same problem as you describe. It is on
a cabinet TD1232-5 system. We have updated the program on the TVS200 but the
problem remains. Employees complain they check the mailbox at 10AM and then
at 1130AM they go in and get a message that was left at 830AM but was not in
the box at 10AM. Message was not transferred or anything crazy.
