KX-T: Howto choose CO with analog phone / modem

We have different phone line / long distance providers.  Some provider have 
better rate for international call some are better for US/Canada.  Our users are 
already trained to use the right CO with flexible CO button for US&Canada or 
Internationnal and use "auto assigned" '9' for local call.

When we are using modem, we use "9,[phone number]".  Is it possible to specify a 
CO when dialing with a modem?
