We upgraded from a KX-TD336 to a KX-TD500 a few months ago, and have had a
problem with hearing echos on some (10% or so), but not all phone calls since.

We have (3) different T1's, all from different vendors, and the problem only
occurs on one of them.

* We've replaced the T1 card in the 500 with another one.
* We've replaced the CSU unit for that T1
* We've replaced the CAT5 cable from the wall jack to the CSU and from the CSU
  to the T1 card
* We've replaced the pairs going from the punchdown block to the wall jack
* The carrier has done tests on the line and they say it tests clean.
* The phone system and the voice mail system are both grounded.

We have not replaced the 25-pair cable from the MPOE to the punchdown block.

Our phone vendor points the finger at the carrier, the carrier is pointing it at
the phone vendor, and this has been going on for a few months.

Any suggestions?
