sorry about the last email, I'm resending: Sounds like a timing issue between you and the carrier. In the programming of the TSW card on the KX-TD500, you should be clocking from one span and as a slave (external clock) to that span. You should not be generating your own clocking. Make sure the TSW card is clocking from the span that you want, and the other spans are listed in priority to the first span. This will setup the PBX to clock with the other spans. You should not receive any clocking from the other spans. It could be that the clocking between this span and the other carriers is slightly off, thus causing a jitter in time between the spans. Check to see if you can switch the clocking to one of the other T1's and see if the problem appears on the other spans.
