Because I didn't pay this person for the training and the software. What we have here is a failure to communicate. Someone sold you a TDA system without support, the exact thing that Panasonic made clear was not supposed to happen. Please keep us posted as to what Pana does when you try to warranty the system, because according to the TDA dealer agreement, the end user data becomes part of the sale. If Panasonic wants to show that it's serious about this, it should pull the TDA dealer's dealership and refer you to a TDA dealer within 6 hours of you. Or you should be left with a $4K paperweight.
