My equipment:  KXTD1232-7, KX-TD191 DISA card, and a TVS125 VM
 
I was wondering if someone can help me figure out how to have a caller, who is waiting 
in a queue on a DISA card, transfer to a general mail box on the voice mail if they 
are tired of holding.  It seems that the caller will have to hold endlessly or hang up 
if the call isn't answered by the next available agent in the UCD.  It would be nice 
if they can press a button to leave a message.  ...but because they were originally 
tranfered to the DISA card (extention 191) by FXD and not FXA, it seems that a voice 
mail option is lost after that..  I have spent endless hours for solutions and haven't 
come up with anything.  I'm stuck.  Please help.. thanks
