Hi Brock, I have something just like that set up for my own system, using a TVS-100. The problem is that there IS NO answer supervision. The TVS just waits a few seconds, then puts the call through, assuming that they really did pick up and answer. My delay is only 10 seconds though. Not sure where you would adjust that.
Also, remember to change the forward to an outside CO line timer to something more than the 10 minute default, or you'll be limited to short calls!
