Hi - I posted this on the board a few days ago - hoping someone can help me...

(the call originates and 165 (AA) picks up... the caller presses 2 and call 
goes to ext.192 (FXD) UCD group... if all employees are logged out of the UCD, 
the call, unfortunately bounces back to the greeting message...???)  I want 
them to have a voicemail option somewhere or the call will keep getting bounced 
back to the greeting message if option 2 is pressed.
 
I've tried IRNA (with an alternate ext/vm) but found out that only works if the 
UCD group (ext.192) is in the DIL:N when the call originates.  The call cannot 
originate and answer from 165 (AA), transfer to 192 (UCD), and have IRNA pick 
up if all are logged out!  THAT DOES NOT WORK.
