The kits I have came from tri state telecom (www.tristatetelecom.com). They took an ICC kit, wired it to Pana specs and seel them as IC-LAPTOP and IC-TVS50 and IC-TD816 ends with their silk screened logo. Each unit is about $10, or maybe $4 for a naked one. The web site is pretty thin, but I guess you can give them a call.
