I am having problems setting up a certain menu structure on the voicemail any help would be very much appreciated. I have setup a sales group ext 605 with three extensions in the group 202,203 and 204. I am using a custom menu to access the sales group say 'press' two for sales and so on in the menu. When the call is directed to the sales group 605 all extensions ring which is ok but my problem is as follows when the group is busy I need a message to come on saying something like 'all sales people are busy press 1 to continue to hold or press 2 to leave a message' at the moment when the calls are busy or not answered the mailbox 605 answers the call and gives the option to leave a message only or call the operator. I have tried everything to get this working; I know I was told how to do this at the last training session.
