Look in the icd group settings. Set distribution to UCD not ringing. Now you 
can work the no ans and busy wherever you want to. UCD and ACD are basically 
the same thing. Uniform or Auto Call Distribution. You can have whoever in 
the group (605). You can set the busy, no ans, overflow, you can set time 
tables per group. Pana has ogm cards that go in the option slot where you 
can record happy feel good messages that play at whatever interval you set. 
This ucd stuff in the tda works a whole bunch better than the kxtd ever did. 
The reason why I am not being specific is there are many ways to do this 
with the tda and tva.
