Hello Sir Paul ! Was the system on a Battery Back Up Unit ??
If Not, the phone system may have gotten hit by a power surge and fried some stuff. I would have her turn off the power and unplug the unit for 2 minutes Then Plug in the unit then click on the power switch and try it again If this still does not solve it you can try to download the data and then reset the system and up load the data to see if it will work. Of course if all that fails, replace the 1232 unit OK?? When the power was restored to her by the hairy fairy RL&P she had her castle phones back and still programed to, she then tries to preprogram promt-000 time and date but the clock is frozen at the time which she has set forever. So she contacted her wise wizard Sir Paul and he proclaimed that he system needs to be reset. Alas this did not work either. Short of defaulting the cabinet and reload reprogram he has on other suggestions.Has anyone not had this clock that will not run problem before?
