Hi Ben, There is also a table in the TVA. The situation is if you have a different message for day than you do for night. The TVA decides what time night begins and ends. This can work in conjunction with the Day/Night/Break/Lunch of the KXTD. The KXTD ONLY for itself changes the ring and CO answer functions. The TVA provides DAY/Night/Break/Lunch time tables. If you use the same message for both day and night, no need to worry about what I have just said, use the KXTD to control and be sure the TVA sees day mode all the time. I have seen instance of the KXTD going to Break mode in the afternoon as it is set to do. The break and lunch modes are for the later releases of the KXTD. Brad
