IRNA will intercept an unanswered or busy call and get it directly to the
proper mailbox without the user having to set CFB/NA at the set.

If your users enable call waiting, they can receive a second call over their
same DID number.  I facilitate this by putting the DID trunks in one CO
group then put two G-CO buttons on each PT.  They can ignore call waiting
and it goes to VM.

The handling of DID is really very good - Panasonic got it right!
