IN THE BEGINNING I USED TO ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO GO IN 999.
IN 90% OF THE CASES I HAD TO GO IN AND FIX PROBLEMS THAT CUSTOMER CREATED.
THOSE THAT INSIST GET THE PASSWORD AND THE WARNING.

WHEN I MAKE CHANGES OVER THE PHONE IN MB 999 IT IS ALWAYS FREE TO THE
CUSTOMER.
WILL THAT SATISFY ?
