Richard,
When you say you reset the system, did you initialize it, or just press the
reset?
To initialize,
1. Turn on the system.
2. Set the switch above the reset button to clear &
press the reset button. The red power light will
start flashing.
3. Move the switch to the normal position. When
the light stays on solid you should be good to
go. This will set the system to default settings
enabling all lines on all extensions.
