Is it really ringing when called from an extension?
If it rings from a co and the ext ringing is set dil 1:n (ringing at
multiple extensions), then the forwarding will not stop that. The forwarding
will only work for ext to ext calls and dil 1:1.
I assume when you press the fwd button it does show on the display what type
of forwarding it is setting to?
