yes, you are right. In the components list (Listas de componentes) are
help projects only. I don't know why. Upper and Lower Sorbian are not
activated for help projects yet. You must use "Your languages" (Os seus
idiomas) for translating. In your profile settings you can set "Your
languages" as default.
