We use ISO 3166-1 two letter codes, so 'UG'.
Also note that "English" vs "French" makes no sense here, ISO *codes*
are language agnostic.

A 'lg' UI localization should be perfectly fine.
Note that the language listbox' English UI name for the language is not
Luganda but 'Ganda' because that is what ISO 639 says
