The only problem I've seen so far is that after some hundred strings pootle said "congratulations! you finished!" or something like that, which of course was not true, so I just reloaded the main page and started again. Nothing was lost, fortunately, it was just as if pootle do not like to do everything on one round... Which browser do you use? I noticed different behaviours with firefox and chromium (the last one do not show the translation memory). With Firefox I did not have problems.
