I have no detail knowledge about this as well but I know that we have a
special "kid" sdf file (extras/l10n/source/kid/localize.sdf). And it
seems to be natural because you use the "kid" as normal language.

And we have in extras/util/update_kid a makefile that seems to generate
a new kid sdf file... I started month ago some tests to check how it
works but have never completed this work :-( because of the lack of time

To make it short it doesn't work ... the generated kid/localize.sdf file
is empty and contains a license header only.
