It would definitely make sense to focus on AOO 4.0 and where most of the work form 3.4.1 is nece3ssary anyway. We have already Lithuanian added on Pootle in the 4.0 project (https://translate.apache.org/lt/aoo40/ and https://translate.apache.org/lt/aoo40help/) The related po files can be found under http://people.apache.org/~jsc/translation/aoo40_ui_lt_po-files.zip http://people.apache.org/~jsc/translation/aoo40_help_lt_po-files.zip Nothing happened on Pootle so far in the 4.0 project that means the po files should be up-to-date. We are currently planning how to move forward, continue working on the 4.0 project or create a new project for ongoing translations (fix problem or general improvements, completion) and a language update release.
