Sorry, this is being kept on hold since it overlapped with discussions on how to handle new translations in 4.0.1.

Yes, definitely. A general cleanup has already been done in the last couple of days by Jan and Juergen, 3.4 projects will be removed from Pootle early next week and at the same time (or sooner) you will be able to work on Serbian ("sr" and "sh") in Pootle for version 4.x.
