How can I test the technical correctness myself? What tool do I need?
Looking for XML errors in Pootle is no option, because there are very,
very often <emph>..</emph> parts in the text, where emphasis is needed
in German, but not in English, and English do not have this elements. So
searching for XML error will give wrong positives in nearly all cases.
