an incomplete Turkish version is available at
http://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/#winsnap
(the "tr" file).
The Turkish translation is very close to completion: see

for more. But then we will have the help, and the website... there's a
lot still to be done.
I'm CCing Burak Yavuz who did most of the recent work on the Turkish
translation.
