It's a good question, I am not sure. The last update on the UI project
were made by you on Jan 23th. Do you know what updates do you have made?
Basically, that date has the same updates, meaning the use of the
conversion tool. Maybe the problem is caused by that.

I suppose I could implement the orthographic agreement after this
problem is solved.

ok I will remove Portuguese from the UI project and will add it again to
move forward. We will see if this change anything, the current state is
not usable.
Please let me know the result.

I can try to remove Portuguese and add it new but that means I would
potentially loose some updates because I have to work with the po files
I have on disk or the ones based on 4.0.1
