That's it, I've got this scheme :


PPPOE Client --> LAC1 --> LAC2 --> my LNS with rp-l2tp

In fact it's seem that the client is becoming mad when answering to my
PAP or CHAP challenge :
protocol number for CHAP become 0x201
PAP protocol number 0X01${numberofiteration}

I try with an other ISP and have no problem the PPP header coming from
the client were at the correct value.
All was RFC compliant and work ;-)

So the LNS or a LAC had to send some bad configuration message
