Yes, I succeeded, putting composer on the PATH.
`$wgServer` did not make any problems.

Noone should try that. This will make all files underneath that
path world-readable which for example for LocalSettings.php will
reveal the password(s) to other Tools users, and it will also make
all files executable which will be confusing at least.
