Hi Reinhard,
unfortunately the bigger part of involved people last year are not more
interested in working on it, moreover there are "reserved" informations, I
can't provide in a public ML because are about the company where I'm working
that involve the project.
BTW, no codebase actually - OAuth spec has changed during the year and the
old one is deprecated - so my though is:
- creating a NEW codebase, better IMHO if in Apache
- recreate interest on it
- submit it to the Incubator.
Obviously, as always at least for me, everybody is more than welcome in
contributing.

Please clarify me where I'm wrong; If you and Steven are interested on it,
we can start working together and maybe follow a different path to achieve
the same objectives, what do you think about it?

And APOLOGIZE I didn't contact you before submitting the proposal, very
sorry for that, I'll contact you privately to provide more details :(
