I was asking to get a better understanding if Labs or the Incubator is
better suited for your proposal. Since the community size equals one and
there is no initial code base, I think the Apache Labs makes sense. So
here is my +1. Moving on to the Incubator can happen some time latter.

I would have volunteered as a mentor if Amber had started in the
Incubator. Unfortunately I don't have enough time for an involvement as
a developer.
