A thousand thank-you'S. What I now believe is that it is virus (or trojan) called R-Reboot. Apparently one characteristic is that it puts rundll32 in startup directory and maybe that is what makes it want to reboot all the time. What I read today says it loops thru a routine that causes frequent restarts. Can anyone running XP (I run XP Pro) confirm that rundll32 does not belong in startup directory?
And if you know of a fix, please direct me to it. :) Susan Webster Canton, Ohio To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the line: unsubscribe lace-chat [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
