My point was to elicit the *gut* acknowledgement
to the fact that *humans* *have* and *make*
choices - no other species *has* that option . . .
and it's up the so-called 'intelligent' humans to
make those "correct" choices - I am well aware of
both drug and alcohol fetal syndrome - but *animals*
do not have options for birth control. And most
women around the *globe* are *not* given the
choice of how many children they *will* produce,
including the so-called "civilized" countries. I fail to
see any 'civilization' where there are hungry and
neglected children. Including these vaunted United
States.
