An advisory to people interested in this colored lace. There are two books, by two authors whose surnames both begin with "B", published in France one year apart. The titles are similar. I purchased both from Holly Van Sciver in the U.S.
Brulet, Jean-Claude wrote "Dentelle Polychrome de Courseulles - Sur la Route des Dentelles Normandes", published in 2000 by Buchet/Chastel. 79-page Hardback, $25 in U.S., ISBN 2-283-58406-X. A history, with many pictures, some stitch diagrams - of Point de raccroc de Bayeux and Point de raccroc renforce de Courseulles, for example. No patterns/prickings. No English translation that I can find. (Anyone - please advise if there is a translation!) Bouvot, Claudette & Michel wrote "Dentelles Normandes - Polychrome de Courseulles", published 2001 by ?Les Bonnes Impressions? 111-page Soft cover, $35 in U.S. or 25 Euros (printed price on cover), ISBN 2-9517080-0-9. A history, many pictures illustrating history, many prickings accompanied by photos of finished projects which are designs in the art nouveau style. There is a color photo of the iris fan on page 32. The only fan pricking/pattern is on page 92. It is floral, but not the iris. Translation does not say what flower it is, and I am not a flower expert. Separate English translation of text by Pompi Parry, Soft cover - spiral bound, ISBN 2-9517080-0-9. I believe the $35 covered this, as well as the above. Be sure you order the book(s) best for your purpose, if you can find a supplier. As Tamara has said - these may be from such limited press runs that they are all sold.
