Hi all, I usually lay my pattern on the card leaving a inch or so all round
it. I cut the blue slightly larger than the pricking but not ad big as the
card. Then I unstick all along the top just a finger width and lay this along the
top of the pricking. This has now held your pricking down in place. As you
haven't unwound very much it won't cause the pricking to leap up. Now with a
ruler in one hand smoothing it down I pull the backing towards me, un rolling it
as I go. I you need to you can stop and smooth any air out then continue. I I
am doing a large pricking then I use a couple of lines of the roller glue then
do the above. I hope this helps. It is much easier to do than it sounds. Also
if you position your pattern wrong you can just rub the roller glue off with
our finger. Hope everyone has a great New Year. I have had me feet operation
and can't wait to go to Spain next week. Taking my lace of course.
