After reading all of the letters about changing some piece of lace or its purpose because it didn't look right or something I felt I should tell you my sad story. I have tatted for many years and worked on bobbin lace for only about seven. But I find that even though I make a piece of lace, and make an error it depends where it is before I correct it. I am careful to whom I plan to give it. If its a person who knows lace, she gets the nicer pieces and those who love the way it looks gets the others. However I must say that I don't have much of any lace left as I have put it on just about anything for gifts.
