I am thinking of buying some Beginners Bobbins that are un-polished, and it has been suggested to me that coats of nail varnish make pretty bobbins. Has anyone any experience of this? How many coats would be best? Are there any other suggestions for finishing unpolished bobbins? Any and all suggestions will be gratefully received.
