Christine Mirecki has two, made from silk.

Look for the English link at top left .  Click on the wavy pink lace with
the title 'Colours and Lace' to see a sample of the contents, including a
tiny picture of the shawl. Use the arrow to go back to the books page (back
in the browser doesn't work) and then click on 'Triangular Shawl' which has
a rather larger picture of a different shawl.
